but less than 300USD, someone's got 'ne good ideas ??? I'd do like everything just to get such a flight... but the problem is, it has to be January 3rd, 4th or 5th.... thanks

Emirates fly nonstop between JFK and HAM, and are usually the price leader. However, I follow transatlantic airfares daily, and have not see any cheaper than $345 when all taxes, fees, and fuel surcharges are added this season. You might consider Dusseldorf or Cologne, then train to Hamburg, but there's not been anything cheaper than mid-$300s so far. Do a quick and thorough fare blitz with http://www.bookingbuddy.com Best and cheapest to book direct from the airline once you find the best price with B'buddy or another source. If Emirates ends up cheapest, then try booking direct from http://www.emirates.com
