How long would a flight from New York, NY to The Swiss Alps be in a smaller plane?
Like in a plane fit for a pilot, passenger, and two passengers in the back.

well you have to be a little more specific then that, there are a lot of planes about that size. If your talking about prop planes then forget it, it cant make that trip because it would run out of fuel.

IS it a single engine plane, or a propeller plane (turboprop) I don't even think they can make it that far!

A small plane like the Cessna 152 would require at least five stops before reaching the Swiss alps as it has a 800 miles range. The plane must travel north to Greenland, Iceland, Scotland and then southern England or mainland Europe before the last leg to the Swiss alps. Each leg will be roughly 8 hours, so 5*8 = 40 hours or so.
