How can I find out if a flight from New York to St. Lucia arrived safely?
Haven't heard from my son, how can I find out if a flight from NY to St. Lucia arrived safely? Also, if I have a 900 number block, will it stop them from calling me?

If you have the exact flight information, you can easily track down online to see if it has landed safely in St. Lucia. I wonder which airport in St. Lucia, I am assuming Hewanorra International Airport but then which airport in New York, too. It'd also help which airline, too. According to FlightStats website, it shows American Airlines (AA 2009) from JFK airport in New York landed at 3:42 p.m. (even though scheduled for 3:30 p.m.). By the way, I don't know anything about the 900 number and stuff. Hope this helps and your son may need a little bit more time before he calls or he may of called as soon as he's settled where he is.

If you go to the airline's website and click on "flight tracking" or whatever it's called on that particular site, you enter the flight number or other pertinent info and it will tell you the status of the flight.

Did you see the plane leave? You can call AA and ask about the passenger. I have not heard of anything happening in St Lucia so that means that he arrived safely. He is probably just busy but I am sure he will find a way to contact you soon. Here are a few questions for you. Does he has a cellphone? I suppose you know where he is staying. Does the place has a number? You can try calling it. 1-758-(7 digits) I am not sure about the 900 number but I know that the 800 numbers are not free from Barbados and we use the same service provider as St Lucia. I hope you get word soon.
