It depends on how long the stop in London is, but as an estimate, you could take BA 182 from JFK to Heathrow, 7 hours, then a 1:10 stopover, then BA 632 to Athens, 3:45. Total time would be 12 hours. That's a pretty tight connection at Heathrow, where the lines for security can be very long. Say 13 hours for a more plausible connection.
