Where is a convenient, warm beach destination with a direct flight from a New York airport?
I'm looking to find a warm beach location that is convenient to New York to serve as a weekend getaway for 2-3 days. Price isn't that important, but convenience (must have direct flight from LGA or JFK) and warmth are important. The answer can't be Miami

JetBlue flies from JFK direct to St Maarten. Round trip for $333 on the date I checked. They also have a flight to Aruba that's $326 for the same date. Either is a great place for a weekend getaway.
