Can I bring my laptop on a flight from Michigan to New York?
I am flying out to New York City for a long weekend and want to keep my laptop with me to keep me interested at night in the hotel. I am mostly sure we are flying with Northwest Airlines, but i'm not entirely sure, and don't know which airport we are flying into, because my sister has all that info. So, can i bring it?

Of course. Laptops are allowed on planes.

You can take the laptop with you. I don't understand why you would need it to "keep you interested at night" in New York city.

you can bring the laptop onto the airplane with you. you just have to take it out of its case when you are going through security so they can see that it's not something else. you can also use it on the airplane, but you can't use the internet unless your airplane has wifi!

Of course you can bring a laptop on a plane. You can bring a laptop on any plane, not just one from Michigan to New York and not just one on Northwest, as long as your laptop isn't huge, you're more than fine, how do you think businessmen connect to the internet when on business trips?
